Going through the story mode and completing certain objectives or finding certain collectibles will unlock the stills. If you import a save file from the previous title, Rurouni Kenshin: Saisen, you also get an unspecified bonus. The PSP game gets released in Japan on August 30th, but remember that it’s not region-locked and can play on any PSP, since it’s unlikely to reach NA or PAL shores.
